Meet the Chef
We are proud to welcome Chef Sylwester to lead our kitchen.
With over 20 years of experience, including many years at Hamiltons Restaurant at the Park View Hotel, Sylwester brings a passion for quality ingredients, fresh ideas and well crafted dishes.
His approach combines classic flavours with a modern touch, creating menus that are both comforting and elevated.
With Sylwester at the helm, members can expect a dining experience that continues to evolve, bringing new ideas and exciting dishes to the club.
The Main Menu
Our daytime bar and restaurant menu offers a fresh take on your favourites, alongside new dishes designed to suit every visit.
Served across the bar, restaurant, conservatory and terrace, the menu is perfect for everything from a quick coffee or light lunch to a relaxed meal with friends.
With a focus on quality and variety, the menu is designed to complement life at the club, whether you are refuelling after a session or simply enjoying time away from the court.
You will also find a selection of homemade desserts, freshly prepared and available throughout the day.
À La Carte Evenings
Introducing our new à la carte dining experience.
Available on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday evenings from 6pm to 9:30pm, this menu brings a more refined dining experience to the club, with dishes freshly prepared by Chef Sylwester.
Set within the restaurant space, the à la carte offering adds a touch of occasion to your visit, perfect for evenings with friends, family or fellow members.
While booking is not essential, it is recommended.

Finally got to experience the new à la carte menu at the club tonight. Absolutely wonderful food. Thank you so much Slywester and team, for looking after us. It’s a lovely menu to get your friends from the club together or to bring guests to enjoy.
